ArchFilm Fest

18 May 2009. The third edition of the Architecture Film Festival starts in Centre For Contemporary Art, Ujazdowski Castle. The event will last four days. As usual, the Sztuka-Architektury web portal, the organiser of the event, will present a set of films devoted to important issues of architecture and contemporary culture. The movies were selected according to their topic. This time, they will be about deconstructivist architecture. Film shows will be accompanied, as usual, with a discussion between invited guests and the audience.  Like in the previous years, the festival shows and discussions will be organised in 13 Polish cities. During the Łódź edition, which will be held as a part of Łódź Design Festival, Daniel Libeskind, one of the initiators of deconstructivist architecture, will take part in the discussion. For the first time, tickets will be sold for this year’s events.
