Tourette’s syndrome is a psychoneurological disorder characterized by the presence of tics, involuntary sudden movements or sounds that cannot be controlled. Tics are the most characteristic symptom of Tourette’s syndrome, through which affected individuals are constantly subjected to stigma. Hyperactivity of movements has an extremely exhausting effect on the body, causing chronic pain, constant tension of soft tissues, joint strain, and self-aggression. In collaboration with Dr. Agnieszka Małek, the president of the Polish Tourette Syndrome Association, a meaningful project proposal has been developed to address the most frequently identified needs of patients. Through careful analysis of the collected data, the idea of a suit emerged, which despite its physiotherapeutic layer, would not resemble heavy medical equipment, but thanks to its attractive form, would be something akin to a superhero costume.

Let’s turn weaknesses into strengths and dreams of the future.
